Jerry G. Mayes, DMD, PSC
Dr. Jerry Mayes is a 1976 graduate of the University of Kentucky School of Dentistry and has practiced dentistry in London, Kentucky for 30+ years. He is a community leader, having been past president of the London Chamber of Commerce, a charter member of Leadership Kentucky, and president of the Southeast Kentucky Dental Society as well as a delegate to the Kentucky Dental Association. Dr. Mayes' modern, 10-operatory office is staffed with highly motivated people and is a model of efficiency. While he has a large busy practice, Dr. Mayes emphasizes health oriented, quality dentistry and employs a total treatment approach. Dr. Mayes has been involved at the executive level in numerous dental related businesses. He is a recognized expert in the training of dental auxiliaries and staff. Dr. Mayes has been involved with practice management for the past 15+ years, helping dentists in all areas, urban and rural, with their cosmetic and implant dentistry skills. Scores of dentists have visited Dr. Mayes and observed his practice management and cosmetic techniques in action, some traveling great distances. Dr. Mayes has also been involved in office layout and design, his own office being an exceptional state-of-the-art facility. Michael W. Wood, DMD
Dr. Mike Wood received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Kentucky and is a graduate of the University of Louisville School of Dentistry. Dr. Wood practiced in Shelbyville, Kentucky for one year before returning to his hometown of London, Kentucky. Since joining Dr. Mayes in 1995 Dr. Wood continues to focus on quality dentistry performed with the utmost care and compassion. Dr. Wood's patients routinely comment on his gentle touch and likeable chair side manner. Dr. Wood enjoys all aspects of dentistry and is committed to staying abreast of the most promising developments in dental treatment and technology. Dr. Wood participates in several hours in continuing education yearly in order to learn new skills and maintain the highest degree of competence in all areas. Dr. Wood especially enjoys the dramatic smile improvements available to his patients through cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Wood is currently a member of the American Dental Association, Kentucky Dental Association, Southeastern Kentucky Dental Society, and the American Orthodontic Society.
Tina McGeorge, DMD

Dr. McGeorge is a 1994 graduate of the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry where she was awarded the top honor for restorative dentistry, the most prestigious award. She is a member of the American Dental Association, the Kentucky Dental Association, the Southeastern Kentucky Dental Society, the American Orthodontic Society, and the American Association of Orthodontics.
Jeremy W. Allen, DMD
Dr. Jeremy Allen is a 2006 graduate of the University of Kentucky School of Dentistry. He returned to London to serve the community in which he was raised. Dr. Allen's patients are often surprised by his calming nature and his relaxing chair-side manner. He is excited about improving the lives of his patients using the many advances in dental restoration and dental cosmetics. Dr. Allen is a member of the American Dental Association, the Kentucky Dental Association, and the Southeastern Kentucky Dental Society. He is, therefore, always skilled in the most up-to-date treatment methods available for his patients.
Alex Mayes Lester, DMD
Dr. Alex Lester received her undergraduate degree in art history from Tulane University. She moved back to Kentucky and graduated from the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry in 2009. Her love of art and her eye for esthetics enable Dr. Lester to excel in cosmetic restorative procedures. These talents … combined with her knowledge of science, attention to detail, and friendly personality … make her very popular with the patients at London Dental Center.
